In May 2025 the travel series Long Way Home premiered on Apple TV+. In the series, Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman once again set off on a motorcycle adventure together. Their journey begins in Scotland and winds its way through Scandinavia and across Europe, taking them past rugged coastlines, small harbours and unexpected encounters along the way.<\/p>\n
During their ride through Denmark they also stop in Klintholm Havn, where they visit Klap Hesten. The distinctive harbour bar at the end of the pier quickly proves to be exactly the kind of place where travellers linger a little longer than planned. In the episode the location receives generous screen time as McGregor and Boorman soak up the atmosphere of the harbour, meet locals and share stories from life by the sea.<\/p>\n
Their visit to Klap Hesten captures exactly what Long Way Home is about: adventure, friendship and the remarkable places you discover along the way. Sometimes those places are found at the very end of a pier on the island of M\u00f8n.<\/p>\n
